What Gastro Station is

Gastro Station tracks permit and compliance requirements for mobile food unit operators and sends reminders before things expire. It is a tracking and information tool.

Gastro Station provides tracking and information, not legal advice. Requirement and fee data is provided based on current published requirements and may change without notice. Our checklist may not cover every requirement that applies to your specific business, and using Gastro Station does not mean you are, or will remain, compliant with any law or regulation. You are responsible for confirming requirements with the relevant issuing agency.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Subscription and billing

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial.
• After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription (monthly or annual), billed through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.
• If a payment fails, we'll attempt to collect it again per Stripe's standard retry schedule; your account may move to read-only access until it's resolved.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant us permission to store and process that data as needed to operate the product (e.g., displaying it back to you, sending reminders about it).

Acceptable use

Don't use Gastro Station to store or transmit anything unlawful, attempt to access other operators' data, or interfere with the platform's operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

Gastro Station is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its compliance data is complete or current for your specific jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rural Capital, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gastro Station, including fines, penalties, or lost business resulting from missed or incorrect compliance requirements.

Termination

You may stop using Gastro Station and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
