Privacy Policy

Gastro Station is operated by Rural Capital, LLC ("Gastro Station," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect from operators who use the platform at app.gastrostation.co, and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly, and nothing more than that:

  • Account information: email address and password (managed by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password in plain text).
  • Profile information: business name, truck name, and primary operating city/state.
  • Compliance data: the permit and requirement checklist items you mark complete, along with any documents you upload (permits, licenses, certificates) and their expiration dates.
  • Billing information: subscription status and plan. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe — Gastro Station never receives or stores your full card number.
  • Feedback: anything you submit through the in-app feedback form.

How we use it

We use your information to run the product: showing your compliance dashboard, sending renewal reminders at 60/30/7 days before something expires, processing your subscription, and responding to support requests. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers ("processors") that run the platform:

  • Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email (account confirmation, password reset, renewal reminders).
  • Fly.io — application hosting.

We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, email us at jeremy@gastrostation.co and we'll process the request.

Security

Uploaded documents are stored per-account with access controls that prevent one operator from seeing another's files. Row-level security is enabled on every database table that holds your data.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
